Returns Policy

  1. Change of mind returns / satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us, so if you change your mind or are not happy with a product, you can return the product within 30 days of making your order, or 14 days of receiving your order, whichever is the longer period.

To process a return, please email us at with your name and order number. We will provide further details on the process once we have received your email. Please do not send your order back to us without getting in contact with us first.

Please note that we will not offer a refund on the original shipping fee for change of mind returns and you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred in posting the product back to us. 

  1. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Your order will be subject to the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please email us at as soon as possible but no later than 5 days after receiving the product. Please make sure you take photos and provide those photos to us in your email along with your name and order number.

Please do not discard the product until we have been in touch with you.

We will provide further details upon receipt of your email. If your product qualifies for a refund on the basis that the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will provide a full refund of the product cost including original shipping fees paid. We may require you to return the product to us, in which case we will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge.
